Karen has collaborated with a French renowned cook, Pierre Hugues Jackuet, for many years. As a
cook he worked at the Red L’orange, then he was employed at the Mozaretum as a chef cook serving
presidents, high state officials, delegation members to have arrived from various countries, artists and intellectuals.Thereafter he worked at the Le Marais restaurant in Tbilisi and meantime served official feasts of the Georgian President.
Upon return to Armenia he worked at the Noyan Tun restuarant as a sour chef, afterwards at the National Hotel as an executive chef.Throughout his professional activities, Karen has served 8 presidents.
